Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0-2 days (Mon-Sat) of receipt depending on your location. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Zone (GMT-8) on weekdays or during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be updated at checkout as follows;

  • Standard Shipping: $80 flat rate for all orders under $500 within the United States.
  • Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on orders of $500 or more within the United States.

Transit Times

While we only ship within the United States, our transit times range from 1 to 3 days (Mon to Sun) following the 0-2 days (Mon to Sat) order processing time. Total estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 business days, depending on the cudestination within the United States. These times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as delivery location, inclement weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our website’s “Track Your Order” page.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable (for reasons such as insufficient address, not picking up the package, or refusal), a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs. If you’d like the package resent, additional shipping fees will apply.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
